Diagnose
We sit with the business, the owner, the people who know where it strains, the systems they actually use. We listen first. We look at the books, the tools, the bottlenecks, the things people quietly work around. At the end of it, there is one written report. Findings, ranked by what's tipping the business. No deck. No follow-on sale.

Fix What Matters
We help you fix the two or three findings that are doing the most damage. Sometimes that means changing a process. Sometimes a system. Sometimes a single conversation that wasn't being had. Always the smallest intervention that solves the problem, never a transformation programme.

EXIT GRACEFULLY
When the work is done, we go. There is no expectation of a monthly retainer, or managed service being signed, unless you ask us, at which point we will have a values based conversation. The intention is that your business is meant to run without us. That is the point. If you need us after we leave though, we are always just an email or call away.
